Vigadó

’This is one of the best building of my professional career. All the elements I have ever found are presented with a particularly childish surrealism. The three domes wind into each other and it summons the first Goetheaneum. It gobbles the ruining walls of the two side wings which symbolize its old culture. They are falling over, and disappearing in the geometrically simple but spatially extremely complex and  intensely surreal space.’ (Imre Makovecz)

Nowadays the Vigadó is the prominent arena of the public education of the town, filled with programs by a non-governmental organization.
